Redleif Care and Home Help are proud this month to announce that Fareham School of Gymnastics has been awarded our community donation of £150 to help towards their vision of a hub within the area they serve.
They have been raising funds for 10 years now and their vision is to run exercise classes for the over 50s/60s/70s, to include rehabilitation classes for people recovering from strokes and to provide mechanisms to support increased participation in active lifestyles and to address obesity and diabetes.
Well done to all that are involved in such a worthy cause. ❤️
